A paid licence is a one-time purchase: it is not a subscription and it does not expire. It lets you install and activate VoltSight on up to three of your computers and unlocks the features of the edition you bought. A computer can be released from a licence from inside VoltSight so the seat can be used elsewhere.
Pro is for your own use. Technician additionally allows you to produce diagnostic reports for your customers, branded with your business details. You may not resell, share or publish your licence key, or work around the activation check. If a licence is refunded or charged back, it is deactivated and the paid features lock again; your own data stays on your computer and remains yours.
You can try the paid features for 7 days from inside VoltSight. The trial starts only when you choose to start it, and it can be used once.
If VoltSight does not work for you, write to [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. Please include the email address you bought with.
VoltSight shows what Windows, your system firmware and your battery report. It is a monitoring tool: its health figures and its replacement-horizon estimate are estimates and not a guarantee of how long a battery will last. We are liable under the law for intent and gross negligence and for anything the law does not allow us to exclude; beyond that our liability is limited to the price you paid, to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Your battery data stays on your computer. What is exchanged when you buy and activate is described in the privacy policy.
Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules, and the Bezirksgericht Horgen is competent, unless mandatory consumer protection rules where you live give you the right to go to the courts there.
