This policy explains what Jump Quest 3D and its advertising provider do with your information. Jump Quest 3D is an Android game developed and published by Comwil (Rafael Fernandes, Adliswil, Switzerland; see the imprint).
Last updated: October 18, 2026Jump Quest 3D is a single-player game. It has no account, no login and no server of its own. Your best score, your coins, your level, the characters you have unlocked and your three sound and vibration settings are stored only on your device.
The game does show advertising supplied by Google AdMob, and AdMob collects data as described in the Advertising section below. There is nothing to buy in the game: coins and characters are earned by playing and can never be purchased with money, so no payment details are ever asked for.
The game saves one small file in its own private app storage. It holds your best score, your coins and the lifetime total that sets your level, the characters you have unlocked and the one you have equipped, how many runs you have played (used only to pace when the game may ask you for a rating), and your preferences for sound effects, music and vibration.
That is the complete list. It contains no name, email address or account and nothing that identifies you. The file is private to the app, is excluded from Android's automatic backup, and is deleted when you uninstall the game.
Coins are earned by finishing runs. Your level rises as you collect coins over time. Characters are won from the in-game prize machine, which costs coins and awards a random character you do not already have.
Because all of this is stored on your device, uninstalling the game or clearing its data permanently erases your coins, level and characters. We cannot restore them, because we never had them.
The game shows full-screen interstitial advertisements supplied by Google AdMob, at most one between runs, never at launch and never during a jump. Advertising is how the game is funded. To serve ads, Google and its partners may collect and process:
This data is collected by Google, not by the game. The game never reads your advertising ID and never sends anything to a server of its own. Google's handling of the data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Your choices
After a number of runs the game may ask Google Play to show its in-app rating prompt. The prompt is shown and handled entirely by Google Play. The game is not told whether the prompt appeared or what you answered, and nothing in the game is unlocked or withheld depending on it.
The game itself asks for three permissions: Internet, to fetch advertisements; Network state, so the advertising software can tell whether a connection is available; and Vibrate, to buzz briefly when you land a jump, only if you have left vibration on. The advertising software may declare further permissions of its own; the authoritative list is the one on the app's Google Play page. The game has no access to your contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone or precise location.
Jump Quest 3D is not directed at children under 13. It contains advertising that is not configured for child-directed treatment, and it does not ask for age verification or parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used the game, note that the game stores nothing on any server and holds no personal data about your child beyond what Google's advertising software may have collected. You can limit ad personalisation under Settings → Google → Ads, or uninstall the game, which deletes everything it stored locally.
There is no server, so there is no server-side account data to request deletion of. Advertising data held by Google can be managed through the Google Ads controls linked above.
If a later version changes what is collected, for example by adding analytics, accounts, leaderboards, real-money purchases or a different ad network, this policy will be updated before that version is published, and the Google Play Data safety section will be updated to match.
