Mechivo

Mechivo is a Shopify theme built around specifications, compatibility and comparison — for stores selling technical or industrial parts where customers need to find the right item with confidence, not guesswork.

Overview

Mechivo is built for catalogs where the product is the spec sheet — parts, components, and technical products that customers compare before they buy. The storefront leans on clear typography, structured attribute display, and straightforward navigation rather than lifestyle imagery, so a large SKU catalog stays easy to search and filter.

It's designed to work well for catalogs in the thousands of SKUs, with attribute-based filtering so shoppers can narrow down by the specifications that actually matter for their use case.

Getting started

Mechivo installs like any other Shopify theme: upload it from your Shopify admin under Online Store → Themes, then publish it or preview it before going live. From there, the theme editor (Customize) is where you'll set up your homepage sections, navigation, and store-wide settings.

We recommend previewing the theme on a duplicate of your live theme first, so you can configure sections and content without affecting your storefront until you're ready to publish.

Customizing

Most day-to-day changes — colors, homepage sections, navigation, filters — are handled through the Shopify theme editor, no code required. If you need deeper changes to layout or behavior, the theme follows standard Shopify theme conventions (sections, blocks, and settings schemas), so it's editable like any other Online Store 2.0 theme.
